I build things.

I'm Mücahit Tütüncü, a software engineer, engineering manager, and indie hacker.

I work with engineering teams to turn ideas into software. That means helping people work well together, thinking through technical decisions, and keeping the product we're building in view.

I also build products of my own. I built Colorkuler, a set of color tools, and I'm currently working on Revinho, a revenue intelligence side project.

Building keeps me close to the details: writing code, deciding what belongs in a product, and working out what to improve next. Those lessons carry into how I lead teams, and working with teams shapes how I build.

This site is where I share what I'm learning along the way. I write about software, product decisions, and engineering teams, including the questions I'm still working through.
